I don't know about stress because of my degrees and titles. I know about stress because I was consumed by it, unaware & mindless. I have a Harvard affiliated BHI certification in stress management, a neuroscience & medical degree. I will teach you what you need to know about your brain. Your thoughts directly affect your physiology. We can't always talk our way out of stress- we have to feel through it. Dissecting your stress response & mindset is key to know whether they are inflammatory.Â
SOMATIC & SOUL SCIENCE
Often the missing piece & what holds you back. When we don't allow ourselves to feel, the energy of this emotion remains stagnant & affects our immune system. Learning how to feel, process & explore our stories is one of the most powerful catalysts to healing. This is not something we are taught growing up & is critical for true health.
INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE
If our metabolic processes, hormones and physiology is aligned then we are in an optimum low inflammatory state. Our thoughts & ability to complete our stress cycle affects this - everything is intertwined. By adopting a functional medicine lens, we see the body, mind and soul as ONE.
